Elections and Get Together

Date:  Thursday evening, April 7

Time:  7pm to 9pm

Location:  the Otter Lodge (click here for location and info)

  • the downstairs, banquet area of the Otter
  • Food and drink available - order from & pay servers who will come to down to us

Attendance:  open to all

Purposes: meet-and-greet, celebrate a great season, a little bit of business

Business - start around 8pm (discussion will be limited as to not take time away from meeting & greeting):

  1. Harriet Trails plan
  2. 2011 - 12 Budget
  3. Board elections - members only, private ballot, must show ID to get a ballot (will start at 7pm)
